Thai Stir-Fried Beef Recipe (Pad Khing Nuah)

 

     Ingredients
  • Beef (sliced) - 800 grams
  • Ginger (sliced) - 50 grams
  • Onion (cube) -2 pieces
  • Garlic 9chopped) - 1 clove
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 2 teaspoons
  • Long beans (Cut into 2 inches length) - 50 grams
  • Thai basil leaves - 10 pieces
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons

     Method

  • Heat oil in a wok with high heat and stir-fry beef slice for 1 minute then set aside.
  • Scald long beans in boiling water for 5 minutes until cooked.
  • Sauté chopped garlic, ginger, onions and basil leaves for a minute to fragrant then add beef, sugar, oyster sauce and continue to stir-fry until for another 2 minutes.
  • Add long beans and seasoning and dish is ready.
