Ingredients
- Beef (sliced) - 800

- Ginger (sliced) - 50

- Oyster sauce - 1

- Fish sauce - 1

- Soy sauce - 2

- Long beans (Cut into 2
inches length) - 50 grams
- Thai basil leaves - 10

- Salt and pepper to
taste
- Cooking oil - 2

Method
- Heat oil in a wok with high
heat and stir-fry beef slice for 1 minute then set aside.
- Scald long beans in boiling
water for 5 minutes until cooked.
- Sauté chopped garlic, ginger,
onions and basil leaves for a minute to fragrant then add beef,
sugar, oyster sauce and continue to stir-fry until for another 2
minutes.
- Add long beans and seasoning
and dish is ready.
