Ingredients
- Rice - 1 cup
- Stock - 8 cups
- Dried cutter fish - ¼

- Minced pork - 300 grams
- Ginger (shredded) -1 tablespoon
- Spring onions (chopped) - 2 stalks
- Coriander (chopped) - 2 stalks
- Sesame oil - few drops
- Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
- Light soy sauce and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix minced pork with light soy sauce, sesame
oil, cornstarch, pepper and salt and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Mix rice, cutter fish and stock in a pot then
bring to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer until rice is soft
and open up.
- When porridge is almost cooked, add minced
pork with a teaspoon scoop and bring to boil again. Cook for 2
minutes and turn off heal. Add seasoning to taste and garnish
with chopped spring onions and coriander.
