Ingredients
- Pomelo - 1 kilograms
- Shallot (chopped) - 30

- Garlic (chopped) - 40

- Coriander leaves
(chopped) - 10 grams
- Red chili padi
(chopped) - 10 grams
- Lime juice - 2
teaspoons
- Soya sauce - 2
teaspoons
- Palm sugar - 30 ml
- Peanuts (roasted) - 30
grams
- Salt and pepper to
taste

Method
- Cut pomelo into small cubes
then mix in chopped shallots, garlic and chilies in a big bowl.
- Add lime juice, palm sugar,
chopped coriander leaves, roasted peanuts, soy sauce and season
with salt and pepper.
- Toss and mix well . Serve 8
