Thai Omelet Recipe

Ingredients

  • Eggs (beaten) - 4
  • Minced pork - 100 grams
  • Green pea - 3 tablespoons
  • Onion (chopped finely) - 2
  • Tomato (chopped finely) - 2
  • Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Tomato sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Pepper and salt to taste
  • Chili (shredded) 1
  • Coriander Leaves (chopped) -2 stalks

Method

  • Heat 2 tablespoons cooking oil in a wok, add onions and sauté to fragrant then add  minced pork and fry until color turn brown and cooked.
  • Add tomato, green peas then stir well to mix. Add seasoning to taste , dish up and set aside.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of fish sauce to the beaten egg and pan fry to make omelet. When omelet starting to form, spread the cooked minced pork on top and and fold up the omelet.
  • Garnish with shredded chili and chopped coriander leaves.
