Thai Mix Stir-Fried Recipe

This is actually a mix Stir Fried of vegetables and fat pork and similar to "Pad Ped Mu" in Thai

Ingredients

  • Pork (belly part, diced) - 400 grams
  • Long beans (sectioned) - 200 grams
  • Red pepper (sliced)- 1 piece
  • Curry paste - 3 tablespoons
  • Thai chili oil 1 tablespoon
  • Fish sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic (chopped) - 2 cloves
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Small Chili - 5 pieces
  • pepper - 1 teaspoon

Method

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a deep frying pan, add diced pork, stir fry until meat turn brown and fat melted and crispy.
  • Add curry paste and sauté to blend in the flavor and become aromatic.
  • Add in all other ingredients and stir-fry to mix well, sprinkle with litter bit of water if dish is too dry.
  • Continue to fry for about 3 minutes until dish is cooked through. Dish up and serve with rice.
