Thai Fish Cake Recipe (Tod Man Pla)

     Ingredients
  • Minced fish (Tenggiri or Barracuda) - 800 grams
  • Red Chili (chopped finely) - 15 grams
  • Long Beans (chopped finely) -300 grams
  • Lime leaves (chopped finely) - 4 pieces
  • Chili powder - 30 grams
  • Curry powder - 50 grams
  • Fish sauce - 2 teaspoons
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

     Method

  • Mix all ingredients in a big bowl then shaped mixture into patties.
  • Heat up sufficient cooking for deep-frying then add patties one at a time into hot oil slowly and deep-fried until golden brown and cooked.
  • Drain well and garnish with few lime leaves and wedges of tomato. Serve for 8 person.
