Ingredients
- Minced fish (Tenggiri
or Barracuda) - 800 grams
- Red Chili (chopped
finely) - 15 grams
- Long Beans (chopped
finely) -300 grams
- Lime leaves (chopped
finely) - 4 pieces
- Chili powder - 30
grams
- Curry powder - 50
grams
- Fish sauce - 2
teaspoons
- Salt and pepper to
taste

Method
- Mix all ingredients in a big
bowl then shaped mixture into patties.
- Heat up sufficient cooking for
deep-frying then add patties one at a time into hot oil slowly
and deep-fried until golden brown and cooked.
- Drain well and garnish with
few lime leaves and wedges of tomato. Serve for 8 person.
