Ingredients
- Beef (cut into small
piece) - 250 grams
- Beef stock - 1000 ml
- Galangal (sliced) - 1
tablespoon
- Kaffir leaves (shredded) - 5

- Lemongrass (bruised) - 4
stalks
- Coconut milk - ½ cup
- Fish sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Chili padi (crushed) - 6
pieces
- Coriander leaves
Method
- Bring beef stock to a boil
then add in beef and all other spices.
- Turn to low heat and simmer
for 1 hour until beef become tender then add coconut milk, stir
gently and bring to boil again.
- Add lime juice and garnish
with coriander leaves when serve.
