Minced Pork With Coconut Milk Recipe

Ingredients

  • Minced pork - 200 grams
  • Dried prawns (ground) - 100 grams
  • Coconut milk - 700 ml
  • Peanuts (roasted) - 2 tablespoons
  • Shallots (sliced) - 2 tablespoons
  • Coriander leaves (chopped) - 2 stalks
  • Pepper, salt and sugar to taste

Method

  • Bring coconut milk to a boil then add in all other ingredients (except peanuts and coriander leaves) and simmer with low heat for few minutes until meat is cooked.
  • Add peanuts and seasoning before dish is up and garnish with coriander leaves when serve.
