Ingredients
- Minced pork - 200 grams
- Dried prawns (ground) - 100
grams
- Coconut milk - 700 ml
- Peanuts (roasted) - 2
tablespoons
- Shallots (sliced) - 2
tablespoons
- Coriander leaves (chopped) - 2
stalks
- Pepper, salt and sugar to
taste
Method
- Bring coconut milk to a boil
then add in all other ingredients (except peanuts and coriander
leaves) and simmer with low heat for few minutes until meat is
cooked.
- Add peanuts and seasoning
before dish is up and garnish with coriander leaves when serve.
