Ingredients
- Minced beef - 200 grams
- Beef stock - 1000 ml
- Ginger - 4 slices
- Peppercorn - ½ teaspoon
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Spring onion (chopped) - 2

- Coriander leave (chopped) - 2

- Fish sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Pepper and salt to taste
Method
- Marinate minced beef with fish
sauce, cornstarch and pepper for 15 minutes then shape minced
beef into small balls.
- Bring beef stock to a boil
then add ginger, garlic and peppercorn, let it boil for 2
minutes.
- Add beef balls in, boil for 1
minute then turn to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Ad salt to taste and garnish
soup with chopped onions and coriander when serve.
