Beef Ball Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • Minced beef - 200 grams
  • Beef stock - 1000 ml
  • Ginger - 4 slices
  • Peppercorn - ½ teaspoon
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Spring onion (chopped) - 2 stalks
  • Coriander leave (chopped) - 2 talks
  • Fish sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Pepper and salt to taste

Method

  • Marinate minced beef with fish sauce, cornstarch and pepper for 15 minutes then shape minced beef into small balls.
  • Bring beef stock to a boil then add ginger, garlic and peppercorn, let it boil for 2 minutes.
  • Add beef balls in, boil for 1 minute then turn to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Ad salt to taste and garnish soup with chopped onions and coriander when serve.
