Method

Rinse pork ribs well and chop into
serving size. Scald and rinse with cold water then set aside.

Soak peanuts in hot water for 15
minutes to make it easier to remove the peel.

Rinse and clean all ingredients
well and set aside.

Bring water to boil in a stock pot
and add all ingredients in. Bring stock to boil again then turn
to low heat and simmer for 2 hours until all ingredients become
soft and tender.

Add salt to taste and serve hot.
