Pork Ribs With Peanuts Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • Pork Ribs - 500 grams

  • Peanuts - 100 grams

  • Red Dates - 9 pieces

  • Dried cuttlefish - 1 piece

  • Garlic - 2 cloves

  • Water - 1 liter

  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Rinse pork ribs well and chop into serving size. Scald and rinse with cold water then set aside.

  • Soak peanuts in hot water for 15 minutes to make it easier to remove the peel.

  • Rinse and clean all ingredients well and set aside.

  • Bring water to boil in a stock pot and add all ingredients in. Bring stock to boil again then turn to low heat and simmer for 2 hours until all ingredients become soft and tender.

  • Add salt to taste and serve hot.
