Pigeon Soup With Black Beans

Ingredients

  • Old pigeon - 2 birds

  • Black Beans - 140 grams

  • Dried longan - 80 grams

  • Lean Pork - 140 grams

  • Ginger - 2 slices

  • Dried tangerine peel - ¼ piece

  • Water - 2 liters

  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Clean pigeon and lean pork, scald and rinse well.

  • Wash black beans and dried longan. Soak and clean dried tangerine.

  • Bring 2 liters of water to boil and add all ingredients in. Bring to boil again the turn to low heat and continue to cook for 3 hours.

  • Add salt to taste and serve hot.
