Clean pigeon and lean pork, scald
and rinse well.

Wash black beans and dried longan.
Soak and clean dried tangerine.

Bring 2 liters of water to boil
and add all ingredients in. Bring to boil again the turn to low
heat and continue to cook for 3 hours.

Add salt to taste and serve hot.
