Method

Wash and clean all ingredients,
Peel and core pears and apple then cut into pieces.

Scald lean pork with boiling water
then rinse well.

Bring 1.5 liters of water to boil
then add all ingredients in. Bring soup to boil again then turn
to low heat and continue to cook for 2 hours.

Add salt to taste and serve hot.

You may also use slow cooker or
pressure cooker if you are unable to watch the the stove.
