Pear And Apple Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • Pear - 2 pieces

  • Apple - 2 pieces

  • Lean pork - 220 grams

  • Sweeten dates - 4 pieces

  • Dried tangerine peel - 1 small piece

  • Water - 1.5 liters

  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Wash and clean all ingredients, Peel and core pears and apple then cut into pieces.

  • Scald lean pork with boiling water then rinse well.

  • Bring 1.5 liters of water to boil then add all ingredients in. Bring soup to boil again then turn to low heat and continue to cook for 2 hours.

  • Add salt to taste and serve hot.

  • You may also use slow cooker or pressure cooker if you are unable to watch the the stove.
