Mushroom With Sweet Corn Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • Dried mushroom - 1 oz

  • Sweet corn - 2 pieces

  • Carrot - 8 oz

  • Lean pork - 10 oz

  • Ginger - 2 slices

  • Dried tangerine peel - ¼ piece

  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Soak dried mushrooms until soft and rinse.

  • Peel carrot and cut into serving piece. Soak and clean dried tangerine peel.

  • Wash sweet corn and cut into sections.

  • Clean and scald lean pork then rinse well.

  • Add all ingredients into pot of boiling water then turn to low heat and cook for 2 hors. Add salt to taste and serve hot.
