Method

Soak dried mushrooms until soft
and rinse.

Peel carrot and cut into serving
piece. Soak and clean dried tangerine peel.

Wash sweet corn and cut into
sections.

Clean and scald lean pork then
rinse well.

Add all ingredients into pot of
boiling water then turn to low heat and cook for 2 hors. Add
salt to taste and serve hot.
