Ingredients

Mutton - 500 grams

Curry powder - 1 tablespoon

Ginger - 3 slices

Turnip - 1 piece

Onions (sliced) - 3 pieces

Coconut juice - 80 ml

Mutton Stock - 800 ml

Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons

Salt to taste
Method

cook
mutton and turnip together in boiling water until mutton is 80%
cooked, the drain and rinse with cold water. (This to to reduce
the strong taste of mutton)

Boil another pot of water, add
mutton and ginger and cook with low heat until mutton become
soft and tender. Dish out mutton and chop into serving size.

Heat up cooking oil in sauce pan
and sauté sliced onions until fragrant the add mutton and curry
powder and stir-fry until aromatic.

Add in mutton stock and coconut
juice then bring to boil. Turn to low heat and simmer for
another 30 minutes until soup become rich in flavor.

Add salt to taste and serve hot.
