Lean Pork With Carrot Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • Lean Pork - 350 grams

  • Carrot - 280 grams

  • Brow beans - 80 grams

  • Peanuts - 80 grams

  • Dried tangerine peel - 1 small piece

  • Water - 1 liter

  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Wash and clean lean pork the scald and rinse well.

  • Wash and clean peanuts and brow beans. Soak and clean dried tangerine peel.

  • Wash and cut carrot into serving size.

  • Bring 1 liter of water to boil and add all ingredients in. Bring to boil again then turn to low heat and continue to boil for 2 hours.

  • Season with salt and serve hot.
