Wash and clean lean pork the scald
and rinse well.

Wash and clean peanuts and brow
beans. Soak and clean dried tangerine peel.

Wash and cut carrot into serving
size.

Bring 1 liter of water to boil and
add all ingredients in. Bring to boil again then turn to low
heat and continue to boil for 2 hours.

Season with salt and serve hot.

recommended for soup recipes.
