Method

Peel and wash water
chestnuts. Soak and wash dried tangerine peel.

Remove shell from
gingko then soak in hot water for 10 minute, remove membrane and
core.

Wash and clean lean
pork the scald and rinse well.

Bring 1 liter f water
to boil then add all ingredients in. Bring to boil again then
turn to low heat and continue to cook for 2 hours.

Add salt to taste and
serve hot.
