Gingko With Water Chestnuts Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • Water Chestnuts - 220 grams

  • Lean Pork - 280 grams

  • Gingko - 40 grams

  • Dried  Tangerine Peel - 1 small piece

  • Water - 1 liter

  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Peel and wash water chestnuts. Soak and wash dried tangerine peel.

  • Remove shell from gingko then soak in hot water for 10 minute, remove membrane and core.

  • Wash and clean lean pork the scald and rinse well.

  • Bring 1 liter f water to boil then add all ingredients in. Bring to boil again then turn to low heat and continue to cook for 2 hours.

  • Add salt to taste and serve hot.
