Method

Soak dried clamps in warm water
until tender. Rinse and set aside.

Soak and trim mushrooms and rinse
all ingredients well with cold water for later use.

Bring to boil 800 ml of water in a
stock pot then add in all the ingredients. Turn to low heat and
simmer for 1 hour until all ingredients soften and soup become
rich.

Add salt to taste and serve hot.
