Dried Clamps Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • Chicken (skinned and chopped) - ½ bird

  • Dried Clamps - 60 grams

  • Dried scallops - 2 pieces

  • Mushrooms - 4 pieces

  • Ginger - 2 slices

  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Soak dried clamps in warm water until tender. Rinse and set aside.

  • Soak and trim mushrooms and rinse all ingredients well with cold water for later use.

  • Bring to boil 800 ml of water in a stock pot then add in all the ingredients. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour until all ingredients soften and soup become rich.

  • Add salt to taste and serve hot.
