Method

Wash and clean all ingredients,
scald chicken with boiling water and rinse well.

Remove gingko shell, soak in hot
water for a while then remove membrane and core.

Bring 2 liters of water to boil
then add all ingredients in. Bring soup to boil again then turn
to low heat and continue to cook for 3 hours.

Add salt to taste and serve hot.

Adjust cooking time if you use
slow cooker or pressure cooker.
