Chicken Feet With Papaya Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • Chicken Feet - 12 pieces

  • Peanuts - 80 grams

  • Papaya - 600 grams

  • Lily seeds - 80 grams

  • Red dates (remove seeds)- 5 pieces

  • Dried tangerine peel - 1 small piece

  • Water - 2 liters

  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Wash and clean chicken feet, scald and rinse well.

  • Peel and remove seeds from papaya then cut into thick pieces. Soak and clean dried tangerine peel.

  • Bring 2 liters of water to boil, add all ingredients in and bring to boil. Turn to low heat and continue to boil for another 2 hours.

  • Add salt to taste.
