Wash and clean chicken feet, scald
and rinse well.

Peel and remove seeds from papaya
then cut into thick pieces. Soak and clean dried tangerine peel.

Bring 2 liters of water to boil,
add all ingredients in and bring to boil. Turn to low heat and
continue to boil for another 2 hours.

Add salt to taste.
