Cashew Nuts With Lotus Seeds Soup

Ingredients

  • Cashew nuts - 3 oz

  • Red Beans - 3 oz

  • Lotus seeds - 3 oz

  • Lily seeds - 3 oz

  • Lean pork - 8 oz

  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Clean and scald lean meat in boiling water then dish out and rinse well.

  • Wash cashew nuts, red beans, lotus seeds and lily seeds and soak in hot water for 10 minutes

  • Bring suitable amount of water to boil, add all ingredients in and bring to boil again. Turn to low heat and continue to cook for 2 hours.

  • Season with salt and serve hot.
