Ingredients

Cashew nuts - 3 oz

Red Beans - 3 oz

Lotus seeds - 3 oz

Lily seeds - 3 oz

Lean pork - 8 oz

Salt to taste
Method

Clean and scald lean meat in
boiling water then dish out and rinse well.

Wash cashew nuts, red beans, lotus
seeds and lily seeds and soak in hot water for 10 minutes

Bring suitable amount of water to
boil, add all ingredients in and bring to boil again. Turn to
low heat and continue to cook for 2 hours.

Season with salt and serve hot.
