Black Moss With Fresh Beans Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • Lean Pork - 250 grams

  • Water Chestnuts - 200 grams

  • Black moss - 10 grams

  • Fresh Beans - 30 grams

  • Ginger - 2 slices

  • Water - 1.5 liters

  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Peel and wash water chestnuts. Soak and wash black moss, drain well.

  • Wash and scald lean pork then rinse.

  • Bring suitable amount of water to boil then add all ingredients in and bring to boil again.

  • Turn to low heat and continue to cook for 2 hours, add salt to taste
