Black Chicken With Coconut Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • Coconut - 1 piece

  • Black Skin Chicken - 1 bird

  • Black beans - 5 oz

  • Lean pork - 6 oz

  • Ginger - 2 slices

  • Red Dates (remove seed) - 4 pieces

Method

  • Cut coconut flesh into small pieces.

  • Clean and scald chicken and pork then rinse well.

  • Bring suitable amount of water into boil then add all ingredients in and continue to cook with low heat for another 3 hours.

  • Season with salt and serve hot.

Note: For convenience, slow cooker or pressure cooker can also be used.
