Wash beef and cut into thick
pieces, Scald and rinse well.

Shell chestnuts, soak in hot water
for a while and remove membrane.

Soak and peel membrane of peanuts.
Soak and clean dried tangerine peel.

Bring 1 liter of water to boil
then add all ingredients in. Bring to boil again then turn to
low heat and continue to boil for another 3 hours.

Add salt to taste and serve.
