Beef With Peanuts Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • Beef - 450 grams

  • Peanuts - 80 grams

  • Chestnuts - 200 grams

  • Ginger - 2 slices

  • Dried tangerine peel - 1 small piece

  • Water - 1 liter

  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Wash beef and cut into thick pieces, Scald and rinse well.

  • Shell chestnuts, soak in hot water for a while and remove membrane.

  • Soak and peel membrane of peanuts. Soak and clean dried tangerine peel.

  • Bring 1 liter of water to boil then add all ingredients in. Bring to boil again then turn to low heat and continue to boil for another 3 hours.

  • Add salt to taste and serve.
