Ingredients
- squid - 450g
- broccoli - 300g
- wine - 2 tsp
- spring onion - 1 stalk
- wood ear - 10g
- carrot - a few slices
- grated garlic - ½ tsp
- ginger - 2 slices
- salt and pepper
Sauce
- water - 3 tbsp
- corn starch - ½ tsp
- salt and sugar - ¼ tsp each
- sesame oil
Method
- Soak the broccoli in salty
water for 15 minutes, then wash and cut into florets.
- Stir fry the broccoli and add
salt. Set aside after it cooked.
- Remove the membrane of the
squid, slash crisscross pattern on the surface.
- Scald in boiling water then
drain. Marinate with salt and pepper for 10 minutes.
- Soak the wood ear in water,
trim, wash then drain it.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil and stir fry
the wood ear, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour in the squid, add wine,
broccoli, carrot, spring onion and ingredients for the sauce.
- Stir fry and mix well. Serve.
