Stir-fried Mussels Recipe

Ingredients

  • mussels - 900g
  • Chinese parsley - 1
  • grated garlic - 1 tsp
  • onion -  ½
  • wine - 1 tbsp
  • red chili - 1

Seasoning

  • pepper
  • salt
  • black pepper powder
  • light soy sauce - 2 tsp
  • sesame oil

Method

  • Peel and shred the onion, seed and slice the red chili, trim the Chinese parsley.
  • Clean the mussels with salted water, then pour into boiling water. When the shells open remove and drain it.
  • Heat 3 tbsp oil and stir fry the red chili, onion, and garlic.
  • Pour the mussels into the wok and add wine, stir fry for 3 minutes. Add in the seasoning ingredients, stir fry for a while. Serve.
