Ingredients
- mussels - 900g
- Chinese parsley - 1
- grated garlic - 1 tsp
- onion - ½
- wine - 1 tbsp
- red chili - 1
Seasoning
- pepper
- salt
- black pepper powder
- light soy sauce - 2 tsp
- sesame oil
Method
- Peel and shred the onion, seed
and slice the red chili, trim the Chinese parsley.
- Clean the mussels with salted
water, then pour into boiling water. When the shells open remove
and drain it.
- Heat 3 tbsp oil and stir fry
the red chili, onion, and garlic.
- Pour the mussels into the wok
and add wine, stir fry for 3 minutes. Add in the seasoning
ingredients, stir fry for a while. Serve.
