Ingredients
- garoupa fillet - 225g
- wine - 2 tsp
- ginger - few slices
- carrot - few slices
- honey peas - 225g
- grated garlic - ½ tsp
- water - 2 tbsp
- corn starch - ½ tsp
- salt and sugar
- light soy sauce - ½ tsp
- sesame oil
Marinate for fillet
- oil - 1 tbsp
- egg white - 1 tbsp
- salt and pepper
- corn starch - ¾ tsp
- wine - ½ tsp
- sesame oil
Method
- Wash and pull the strings off
the honey peas.
- Stir fry the honey peas with
oil and salt until half cooked.
- Wash and pat dry the fillet,
cut into thick strips.
- Marinate for 20 minutes and
deep fry in warm oil.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil and fry the
garlic, ginger, and carrot. Pour in the fillet, add in the wine,
honey peas, salt, sugar, light soy sauce, corn starch, sesame
oil, and water.
- Mix well and serve.
