Ingredients
- yellow fin bream - 1
- ginger - ½ tbsp, shredded
- cloud ear - a few
- dried lily flowers - 10g
- Chinese parsley
- lean pork - 38g
- dried black mushrooms - 3
- red dates - 2
Seasoning
- oil - 2 tsp
- light soy sauce - 1 tsp
- corn starch
- sesame oil
- sugar
- dark soy sauce - 1 tsp
Method
- Wash and scale the fish, pat
dry.
- Rub the fish (inside and
outside) with corn starch, pepper and wine. Place the fish on
plate and sprinkle ginger on top.
- Wash and trim the cloud ear
and the dried lily flower. Then shredded the pork and the
mushrooms. Core and shred the red dates.
- Add in the seasoning
ingredients on top the fish and steam for 10 minutes.
- Add in the Chinese parsley, 1
tbsp of boiling oil and light soy sauce. Serve.
