Steamed Plaice Recipe

Ingredients

  • plaice - 1
  • light soy sauce - 3 tbsp
  • spring onions - 6 sprigs
  • Chinese parsley - 1

Method

  • Wash and trim 3 sprigs of spring onions, then arrange on a plate. Shred the remaining spring onions and trim the Chinese parsley.
  • Wash, Scale and gut the plaice and then put on top of the spring onions.
  • Boil ½ wok of water and steam the fish for 7-8 minutes. Then remove and drain the fish.
  • Put the Chinese parsley and the shredded spring onions on top of the fish.
  • Heat 3 tbsp oil and pour the on the fish. Then, add the light soy sauce and serve.
