Ingredients
- plaice - 1
- light soy sauce - 3 tbsp
- spring onions - 6 sprigs
- Chinese parsley - 1
Method
- Wash and trim 3 sprigs of
spring onions, then arrange on a plate. Shred the remaining
spring onions and trim the Chinese parsley.
- Wash, Scale and gut the plaice
and then put on top of the spring onions.
- Boil ½ wok of water and steam
the fish for 7-8 minutes. Then remove and drain the fish.
- Put the Chinese parsley and
the shredded spring onions on top of the fish.
- Heat 3 tbsp oil and pour the
on the fish. Then, add the light soy sauce and serve.
