Ingredients
- small yellow fish - 450g
- red chili - 1
- spring onion - 2 stalks
- ginger - 2 slices
- light soy sauce - ½ tsp
- salted yellow bean paste - 1

- sugar - 1 tsp
- sesame oil
- sour plums - 2, medium size
- grated garlic - ½ tsp
Method
- Shred the ginger, trim and
dice the spring onion, seed and slice the red chili.
- Wash and scale the fish then
pat it dry with clean cloth.
- Stir fry the sour plums, bean
paste, sugar, light soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil and mix well.
- Place the fish on a dish and
sprinkle the red chili and ginger, pour in ½ tbsp oil and steam
for 10 minutes.
- Before serving, sprinkle with
diced spring onion, pour 2 tbsp of hot oil on top.
