Ingredient
- abalone - 7, fresh
- spring onion - 3 stalks
- ginger - 3 slices
- oil
Sauce
- Chinese parsley
- red chili - shredded
- light soy sauce
Method
- Shred the spring onion and
ginger.
- Remove the top shells of the
abalone, wash and drain.
- Place the abalone on a dish
and sprinkle with spring onion and ginger, steam over a high
heat for 8-9 minutes.
- Serve hot with the sauce.
