Steamed Abalone Recipe

Ingredient

  • abalone - 7, fresh
  • spring onion - 3 stalks
  • ginger - 3 slices
  • oil

Sauce

  • Chinese parsley
  • red chili - shredded
  • light soy sauce

Method

  • Shred the spring onion and ginger.
  • Remove the top shells of the abalone, wash and drain.
  • Place the abalone on a dish and sprinkle with spring onion and ginger, steam over a high heat for 8-9 minutes.
  • Serve hot with the sauce.
