Ingredients
- Garupa (or any kind of fish) - 500 grams
- Garlic - 6 cloves
- Fermented black beans - 10 grams
- Small chili (chopped) - 8 pieces
- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Plum sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Cooking wine - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Water - 120 ml
- coriander (chopped) for garnish

Method
- Heat up 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in pan
and sauté garlic to fragrant.
- Add black beans and small chili, stir-fry
with high heat for 30 seconds to bring out the flavor.
- Add water, oyster sauce, plum sauce, wine and
sugar and boil for 30 seconds. Set sauce aside.
- Steam fish with medium heat for 10 minutes
then pour sauce over the fish and steam for another 3 minutes.
- Garnish dish with coriander leaves and serve
hot.
