Squid And Prawns In Garlic Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • Squid (medium size, cut into ring) - 300 grams
  • Prawns (shelled but keep the tail) - 300 grams
  • Garlic (chopped) - 3 tablespoons
  • Parsley (chopped) - ˝ a cup
  • Olive oil - 4 tablespoons
  • Evaporate milk - 200 ml
  • Lime juice - 1 teaspoon
  • Bread (sliced and toasted)
  • Pepper and salt to taste

Method

  • Heat oil in pan, sauté chopped garlic to fragrant then add squid and prawns and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  • Pour in the evaporated milk and bring to boil with low heat for 2 minutes.
  • Sprinkle chopped parsley and add lime juice.
  • Serve with toasted sliced bread.
