Ingredients
- Squid (medium size, cut into
ring) - 300 grams
- Prawns (shelled but keep the
tail) - 300 grams
- Garlic (chopped) - 3
tablespoons
- Parsley (chopped) - ˝ a cup
- Olive oil - 4 tablespoons
- Evaporate milk - 200 ml
- Lime juice - 1 teaspoon
- Bread (sliced and toasted)
- Pepper and salt to taste

Method
- Heat oil in pan, sauté chopped
garlic to fragrant then add squid and prawns and stir-fry for 1
minute.
- Pour in the evaporated milk
and bring to boil with low heat for 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley and
add lime juice.
- Serve with toasted sliced
bread.
