Ingredients
- Squid (sliced and criss cross
cut on surface) - 500 grams
- Cooked Pasta for 3
- Garlic (chopped) - 5 cloves
- Chili paste - 1 tablespoon
- Red chili - (shredded) - 2

- Leek (sliced) - 1 stalk
- Celery (sliced) - 1 stalk
- Water - 150 ml

Seasoning
- Light soy sauce - 3 teaspoons
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Pepper and salt to taste
Method
- Bring 150 ml of water to boil,
blanch squid slices for 1 minute then set aside. Keep stock for
later use.
- Heat up oil in pan and sauté
garlic and chili paste to fragrant. Add leek, celery and
stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Mix stock and seasoning
ingredients then add to dish and bring to boil.
- Add squid and shredded chili
in when sauce start to thicken.
- Pour squid over pasta and
serve hot.
