Ingredients
- Chinese parsley
- mudfish - 600g
- red chili - 1
- spice salt - 1½ tsp
- garlic - 3 cloves
Method
- Smash the garlic, seed and
diced the red chili.
- Wash the mudfish and pat dry.
Deep fry in hot oil for a while.
- Then reduce to low heat and
deep fry for another 1 minute.
- Turn on to high heat again and
deep fry the mud fish until golden brown. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil and stir fry
the red chili and garlic. Pour in the mudfish, sprinkle with
spice salt and mix well.
- Serve on dish and garnish with
Chinese parsley.
