Ingredients
- red chili - 1
- salt
- spring onion - 1 stalk
- falanx fish - 225g
- Sichuan peppercorn - ½ tsp,
stir-fried, crush and sift
- corn starch - ½ tsp
- plain flour - 1 tbsp
Method
- Clean the red chili and spring
onion, sliced and diced well.
- Wash the fish and dry with
clean cloth.
- Marinate with pepper and salt
to taste, for 20 minutes.
- Mix the plain flour and corn
starch together with the fish. Deep-fried until golden brown.
- Place it on a dish and
sprinkle with red chili, spring onion and pepper. Serve.
