Spicy Falanx Fish Recipe

Ingredients

  • red chili - 1
  • salt
  • spring onion - 1 stalk
  • falanx fish - 225g
  • Sichuan peppercorn - ½ tsp, stir-fried, crush and sift
  • corn starch - ½ tsp
  • plain flour - 1 tbsp

Method

  • Clean the red chili and spring onion, sliced and diced well.
  • Wash the fish and dry with clean cloth.
  • Marinate with pepper and salt to taste, for 20 minutes.
  • Mix the plain flour and corn starch together with the fish. Deep-fried until golden brown.
  • Place it on a dish and sprinkle with red chili, spring onion and pepper. Serve.
