Ingredients
- snake-head mullet - 1
- pork - 225g
- American ginseng root - 10g
- salt
- water
- red dates - 4
- ginger - 2 slices
Method
- Clean the ginseng root, rinse
and core the dates.
- Wash and scale the fish.
- Fry the fish until two sides
slightly brown. Dish up and remove the grease with warm water.
- Wash the pork, put into
boiling water for 3 minutes, remove and rinse.
- Boil some water (suitable
amount), add all ingredients into it and cook for 10 minutes.
- Reduce to low heat and cook
for another 2 hours.
- Season with salt. Serve.
