Ingredients
- scallops - 6
- Chinese parsley - 1
- red chili - 1
- fermented soy beans - 1 tbsp
- garlic - 2 cloves
- pepper
- sesame oil
- light soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- dark soy sauce - 1 tsp
Method
- Clean and wash the fermented
soy beans, chop the garlic and fermented soy beans.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil and stir fry
the garlic and soy beans over a low heat until fragrant.
- Season with dark and light soy
sauce, pepper and sesame oil and let it boil. Set aside.
- Sliced the red chili and
Chinese parsley.
- Remove the upper shell from
the scallops, clean it then dry it with a clean cloth and place
on a dish.
- Steam the scallops with the
sauce for 4 minutes. Sprinkle with red chili and Chinese
parsley, then serve.
