Ingredients
- King prawns - 300 grams
- Plum sauce - 5 tablespoons
- Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons
- Spring onions (sectioned) - 2

- Ginger (chopped) - 1
tablespoon
- Garlic (chopped) - 1
tablespoon
- Cooking wine - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 2 tablespoon
- Sugar to taste

Method
- Heat oil in wok and sauté
ginger, garlic and spring onions to fragrant.
- Add prawns and stir-fry for 3
minutes then add wine, plum sauce, water and sugar to taste.
- Continue to stir-fry for another 5 minutes
until prawns well coated with sauce and serve hot.
