Prawns With Plum Sauce Recipe

     Ingredients
  • King prawns - 300 grams
  • Plum sauce - 5 tablespoons
  • Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Spring onions (sectioned) - 2 stalks
  • Ginger (chopped) - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic (chopped)  - 1 tablespoon
  • Cooking wine - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 2 tablespoon
  • Sugar to taste

Method

  • Heat oil in wok and sauté ginger, garlic and spring onions to fragrant.
  • Add prawns and stir-fry for 3 minutes then add wine, plum sauce, water and sugar to taste.
  • Continue to stir-fry for another 5 minutes until prawns well coated with sauce and serve hot.
