Ingredients
- prawns - 375g
- grated garlic - ½ tsp
- ginger - 1 slice
- spring onions - 2 stalks
(sectioned)
- sugar - ¼ tsp
- fish sauce - 1½ tbsp
- diced spring onions - 1 tbsp
- wine - 1 tsp
Method
- Clean and trim the prawns,
then pat dry.
- Heat the 2 tbsp oil and
stir-fry the prawns, ginger, and grated garlic over a high heat
then turn down to medium heat.
- Spread the prawns evenly in
the wok and add spring onions sections and 1 tbsp oil.
- Sprinkle the prawns with
sugar, wine, and fish sauce, then cover and cook for 2 minutes.
- Discard the spring onions and
ginger, then add the diced spring onions and some sesame oil.
Mix well and serve.
