Ingredients
- carrot - 450g
- green turnip - 450g
- flat-head fish - 1
- ginger - 2 slices
- pork ribs - 300g
- figs - 3
- dried tangerine peel - ¼
- salt
- water
Method
- Clean and scale the fish. Stir
fry the ginger and add in the fish. Gently fry and then rinse
away grease with warm water.
- Wash the pork ribs, scald in
boiling water for 3 minutes.
- Wash and peel the carrot and
turnip, cut into pieces, soak the tangerine peel until it soft
and wash the figs.
- Add suitable amount of water
into the tangerine peel and boil it. Then add in all ingredients
and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Reduce to low low heat and
cook for another 2½ hours. Season with salt and serve.
