Ingredients
- Fish fillet - 400 grams
- Rice flour - 100 grams
- Pineapple (cubed) - 12 cubes
- Red chili (shredded) - 2

- Sweet peas (boiled for 3
minutes) - 100 grams
- Cooking oil for deep-frying
Marinades (mix)
- Egg - 1 piece
- light soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame oil - few drops
- Ginger juice - 1 teaspoon
- Rice wine - 1 teaspoon
- Pepper to taste

Sauce (mix)
- Plum sauce - 4 tablespoons
- Chili sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Cornstarch solution - 1

Method
- Marinate fish fillet with
marinades for 20 minutes
- Coat fish fillet with rice
flour and deep-fry until gold brown on both sides, drain well
and set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a
clean pan, add sauce ingredients in and bring to boil. Add
pineapple cubes and shredded chili and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Spread sauce over fried fish
and serve with sweet peas.
