Ingredients
- corn starch - ½ tsp
- water - 1 tbsp
- green crabs - 2, about 750g
- red chili- 1
- Chinese parsley - 1
- sour plums - 4
- grated garlic - 1 tsp
- grated ginger - ½ tsp
Seasoning
- water - 1 tbsp
- salt and sugar
- corn starch - ½ tsp
- stock - 1 cup
- sesame oil
- light soy sauce - 1 tsp
Method
- Wash and mash the plums, seed
and diced the chili, trim Chinese parsley.
- Clean the crabs, chop up and
pat the crab claws. Drain.
- Sprinkle the crabs with corn
starch and deep fry in hot oil, drain well.
- Heat the 2 tbsp oil and stir
fry the sour plums, ginger, red chili, garlic.
- Pour in the crabs and add all
seasoning ingredients. Cover and simmer for a while.
- Stir in 1 tbsp water and ½ tsp
corn starch.
- Serve on a dish and garnish
with Chinese parsely.
