Ingredients
- Crabs - 6 pieces
- Egg (beaten) - 1 piece
- Button mushrooms
(chopped) - 50 grams
- Onions (chopped) - 1
piece
- Bread (crust remove) -
3 slices
- Milk - ½ cup
- Coriander (chopped ) -
2 stalks
- Sugar - ¼ teaspoon
- Pepper - ¼ teaspoon
- Breadcrumbs - ½ cup
- Parmesan Cheese
(grated finely) - ½ cup
- Black pepper (freshly
grated) - ¼ teaspoon

Method
- Clean crabs properly and
steamed for 20 minutes. Remove fresh and reserve crab shells
then set aside.
- Cubed the sliced bread and
soaked in ½ cup of milk, set aside.
- Heat oil in pan and stir-fry
onions until fragrant, add mushrooms in and continue to
fry for another minute then set aside.
- Combine and mix well bread,
fried onions mixture crabmeat, coriander, egg, sugar and pepper
for the filling.
- Divide filling into 6 portions
and stuff into the crab shells. Place in a baking plate and
sprinkle grated cheese and breadcrumbs as topping.
- Preheat the oven at 180˚C and
bake dish for 20 minutes until tops are lightly golden brown.
