Ingredients
- King prawns (trimmed) - 600
grams
- Cornflake - 30 grams
- Egg yolk (lightly beaten) - 3
pieces
- Evaporated milk - 50 ml
- Butter - 3 tablespoons
- Garlic (chopped) - 1
tablespoon
- Ginger (chopped) - 1
tablespoon
- Cooking for deep-frying
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method
- Marinate prawns with salt and
pepper for 30 minutes, deep fry until golden brown then set
aside.
- Heat butter in a clean pan
then add egg yolks, stir swiftly with a pair of chopsticks to
make a strands. Remove and set aside.
- Heat up 2 tablespoons of
cooking oil in the same pan, sauté ginger and garlic to
fragrant. Add evaporated milk to mix well then add prawns, egg
yolk strands and conflakes.
- Stir-fry briskly for 30
seconds and dish up.
