Ingredients

Duck (cut into serving size) - 1 bird
(about 2 kilograms)

Salted Vegetables - 600 grams

Pig trotter (cut into serving size) -
400 grams

Tomato (quartered) - 150 grams

Ginger (crushed) - 50 grams

Garlic - 5 cloves
-
Sour plum - 4 pieces

Onion - 1 piece

Nutmeg (crushed) - 1 piece

Peppercorn (crushed) - ½ teaspoon

Water - 4 liters

Sesame oil 1 teaspoon

Salt and sugar to taste
Method

Bring 4 liters of water to boil
then add nutmeg, ginger, onion garlic and peppercorn and boil
for a while until aromatic.

Add both duck and pig trotter then
bring to a boil. Turn to low heat and continue to simmer for
about 1 hour until meat become tender.

Add seasoning to taste and serve
hot with rice. You can flavor with pepper poder if preffer soup
to be more spicy.
