Ingredients

Pineapple (cubed) - 2 cups

Prawns (shelled) - 120 grams

Cooking oil - 3 tablespoons

Salt and sugar to taste
Spices (Blend or pound fine paste)
Method

Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil
in a wok then sauté spice paste to fragrant.

Add prawns and stir fry for a
while then add pineapples to mix well with the spices.

Add coconut milk and let it simmer
until oil surface to the top of the dish. Season with taste and
serve.
