Chicken (cut into serving size) - 1.5
kilograms

Dark soy sauce - 1 tablespoon

Coriander powder - 4 tablespoons

Shallot - 10 pieces

Fermented bean paste - 3 tablespoons

Water - ¼ cup
Sauce (mix well)
Method

Heat 4 tablespoons of cooking oil
in wok then sauté shallots and bean paste to fragrant. Add
chicken, dark say sauce and coriander powder to mix well.

Add in sauce ingredients and bring
to boil, simmer dish for 20 mintes until chicken is well cooked
and gravy thicken.
