Ingredients

Fish fillet (white fish, sliced) - 400

Banana leaves - some

Daun kaduk - some

Lime leaves (shredded) - 4

Egg (beaten) - 5

Thick coconut milk - 120 ml

Cornstarch - 2 tablespoons

Sugar - 1 teaspoon

Salt to taste
Spices (Blend to paste)
Method

Mix spices ingredients in beaten
egg with coconut milk, cornstarch, sugar, lime leaves and salt.

Add fish into the mixture and mix
well.

Cut banana leaf into 8" x 6"
sheet. Put 1 piece of daun kaduk, 2 tablespoons of
mixture and 2 slices of fish filet on to the banana leaf.

Wrap it up and seal with
toothpicks in both ends. Put into a preheat steamer and steam
for 10 minutes.
