Cooked rice - 2 bowls
Daun kaduk (shredded finely) - 30 grams
Crispy fried salted fish (chopped finely) - 30 grams
Fried turmeric (shredded) - 30 grams
Red chili (shredded) - 1
Seasoning Ingredients
Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
Chicken stock powder - 1 teaspoon
Sambal belachan - 1 tablespoon
Pepper and salt to taste
Mix cooked rice with all ingredients well.
Squeeze lime juice and reduce amount of sambal belachan if prefer not too spicy.
