Nyonya Rice Salad (Nasi Kerabu)

Ingredients

  • Cooked rice - 2 bowls

  • Daun kaduk (shredded finely) - 30 grams

  • Crispy fried salted fish (chopped finely) - 30 grams

  • Fried turmeric (shredded) - 30 grams

  • Red chili (shredded) - 1

Seasoning Ingredients

  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon

  • Chicken stock powder - 1 teaspoon

  • Sambal belachan - 1 tablespoon

  • Pepper and salt to taste

Method

  • Mix cooked rice with all ingredients well.

  • Squeeze lime juice and reduce amount of sambal belachan if prefer not too spicy.
