Ingredients

Pork (belly part) - 600 grams

Sugar - 4 teaspoons

Dark soy sauce - 2 tablespoons

Lime juice - 2 teaspoons

Light soy sauce - 1 teaspoon

Salt and pepper to taste

Water 4 tablespoons

Cooking oil - 4 tablespoons
Method

Cut pork into thick slices then
marinate with sugar, dark and light soy sauce, lime juice,
pepper and salt for 2 hours.

Heat 4 tablespoons of cooking oil
in wok, stir fry marinated pork with remaining marinade for 2
minutes.

Turn to low heat and add water to
moist the dish. Stir fry for about 30 minutes until dish is dry
and oil start to surface. Dish out and serve.
